IMPORTANT ORDER INFORMATION
  • Review the delivery address and delivery date before submitting your order.
  • Changes and cancellations cannot be accepted if your order has been submitted to the grower or florist.

  • We offer Customer Support 24 hours a day 7 days a week; however, during peak times we may not be able to answer you call immediately. We answer messages and emails in the order in which they were recieved. Please email us anytime for inquiries.

    Important Delivery Information
    • Grower Fresh orders are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries.
    • A physical delivery address is required (no PO Boxes/RR addresses). Incorrect or incomplete delivery information will result in delays and increased shipping charges.
    • Deliveries will be made to the address given. The courier may leave the package if they deem the area to be safe. We are not responsible for delivery to the intended recipient once the delivery has been made to the address specified.
    • Ensure someone will be at the delivery location. Our couriers have scheduled routes; a delivery time cannot be guaranteed or requested. We are not responsible for deliveries to apartments, residential locations or businesses that cannot be completed due to the courier requiring a signature.
    • Verify receiving policies/hours of operation prior to ordering when sending to a business (company, school, hospital, etc.). The delivery location should be aware there is a delivery scheduled on that particular day. We are not responsible if Fed Ex cannot deliver the package due to the business being closed.
    • This is a perishable product! Incorrect or incomplete information will result in delays. It is the sender`s responsibility to cover the cost of any reshipped products if we are provided with incorrect or incomplete recipient address information. Review all shipping information carefully.
    • We are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. All deliveries are guaranteed to arrive on the requested delivery date, if we are provided with complete and accurate recipient information.
    • For best results, give the destination address of where the recipient is most likely to be between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm. The florist requires a telephone number for the recipient in the event they need to be contacted for further delivery instructions.
    • Florists may be required to substitute product due to availability.
    • The recipient's physical street address is required. Delivery is not available to Post Offices Boxes or Rural Routes.
    • Review the delivery address and delivery date before submitting your order.
    • Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders once they are released to the supplier.

    Order before 1 pm EST a minimum of one day prior to the requested delivery date for all gift baskets.

    Cut off times vary for next day delivery.

    PLANTS: Order by 3 pm EST for next day delivery unless otherwise stated on the details page of that specific product.

    BOUQUETS/ROSES: Order by 3 pm EST for next day delivery. Some products are available until 5 pm EST.

    Florist Arranged - Shipping & Delivery
    Florist Arranged products are available for Same Day delivery on Monday to Saturday if the order is placed before noon in the recipient's time zone. Orders going to Alaska must be placed before 3 pm EST. Florist Arranged products are not available for delivery in Hawaii, Nunavut, or the Northwest and Yukon Territories.

    All Florist Arranged products will be delivered from a local florist. There is a $12.95 US service charge for all Florist Arranged deliveries and Saturday deliveries may be subject to an $8.95 surcharge.

    Gift Baskets - Shipping & Delivery

    Gift Basket products are available for delivery on Monday to Saturday throughout most of the United States if the order is placed before 1 pm EST. Gift baskets are securely wrapped and shipped with your personalized message to the recipient via courier.

    *We hold no responsibility of bodily harm should any food products contained in our gift designs cause allergic reaction in the gift recipient.

    *Review the delivery address and delivery date before submitting your order.

    *Please be advised that we are unable to cancel or change any orders already delivered or presently en route to delivery.

    *The shipping charge for each order is dependant on each individual gift basket and order destination. The shipping charge will be detailed in the shopping cart.

    Grower Fresh - Shipping & Delivery

    All Grower Direct flower selections are shipped direct from our greenhouses via overnight delivery service. Each order is securely packaged in an attractive, insulated gift box to ensure that only the freshest possible product arrives at its destination. Grower Direct flower selections are not available for delivery in Nunavut, or the Northwest and Yukon Territories.

    Our courier delivers your flowers, fresh, to your door, on the requested delivery date. However, we do not guarantee delivery times nor do we accept time requests. The delivery time is dependant upon how many pick ups and deliveries the courier has in their area.

    We do have a signature release with our couriers. If the recipient is not at home during the delivery attempt, this enables the driver to leave the package at the recipient's address without a signature if they deem it is a safe location. If the driver feels the area is not safe, they will re-attempt delivery the next business day or the recipient can pick up the package at the nearest sort facility.

    When placing an order we ask that you make sure all delivery information is 100% accurate. Our courier drivers do not carry phones so are unable to be reached while out on the road. We want to make sure you, our valued customer, are 100% satisfied with the product received by the recipient. When incorrect information is provided to us, this causes potential delays with the delivery and when situations such as this arise, our guarantee becomes null and void.

    If an incorrect address is provided, you would have a few options to choose from to rectify the problem. You could either (a) provide us with an alternate address for the recipient. There would be a $10.00 address change fee applied to your credit card and there would be a delay of at least one business day, (b) submit a new order to the correct address for a discounted price of $10.00 less than the original order, or (c) have the recipient arrange to pick the flowers up at the nearest sort facility.
