production facilities. This high end, fully automated system handles your order
from the web or phone, which then integrates with our growing and shipping
operations. |

After the flowers are graded they are separated into individual bouquets. The
bouquets are carefully hand selected to fulfill all incoming orders received
for that day. This "just in time" inventory system, ensures that all orders are
prepared with only the freshest flowers.

All flowers are wrapped in decorative cellophane and carefully hand packed on
ice in an attractive, fully insulated gift box. A personalized card, floral
preservative packets and flower care information are also included.

Here is the finished product ready to be sent to the recipient with the senders
special message included on the card. The box then continues down the line
where it is closed and strapped. Shipping instructions are then attached to the
box to ensure accurate delivery to the recipient. |

Our courier then loads the
packages on their truck and they are off to the central sorting station. From
the sorting station they are sent by plane to recipients throughout all of
