All ROSEMASTERS rose, flower, plant and gift products are guaranteed to arrive fresh and beautiful. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our products you may request a replacement or refund within seven days after receipt of your order.
Replacement or refund must be requested by email or telephonically. This guarantee applies to orders for which we have received complete and accurate delivery information. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Refunds may require return of merchandize. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item, but the original and return shipping cost will not be refunded.
ROESMASTERS is not responsible for:- Deliveries to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
- Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the customer.
- Decreased flower and plant quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
Please note: Due to delivery restrictions and security requirements at many businesses and hospitals, our shippers may not be allowed to deliver ROSEMASTERS orders directly to the recipient. In these cases the ROSEMASTERS orders will be delivered to the shipping and receiving departments and then to the recipient. Please understand that this may create a delay in delivery. |

To ensure that your order arrives in a timely
fashion, please check that all information entered on the order form is
complete and accurate. We MUST have a local phone number where the recipient
can be reached if further delivery instructions are required. All of our
products are either delivered same day, next day or two and three day courier.
All orders have a signature release that enables the courier to release the
shipment at the requested location without a signature (if deemed to be a safe
location). This may not apply to apartments, hospitals, schools and companies,
where a signature may be requested. Ultimately it is up to the courier whether
or not to leave the package.
It is important that the recipient of this beautiful gift carefully read and follow the directions outlined on the "Care Information" included with each gift box. This care information is designed to supply your recipient with the ability to enhance the life of your gift for as long as possible. This care information is also available from our website. |

If your order has not been processed, it can be cancelled. Cancellations cannot be made the day of prior to shipping (two days [48 hours] prior to the requested delivery date). Cancellations must be requested email 48 hours (two business days) prior to shipping date. However, during floral holidays we need to receive your cancellation at least seven business days prior to the delivery date. ROSEMASTERS does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled within 48 hours of the requested delivery date, or within the seven days prior to Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times. Shipping address changes will result in an additional delivery fee charge and order cancellations will result in loss of delivery fee.
At this time, flowers, plants, and specialty gifts delivered by FedEx®, UPS, DHL are only available for delivery in the United States and Canada. Next Day and Two Day, Standard Delivery (within 3 business days), or Saturday Delivery are available for most products. Perishable items may require Next Day or Two Day Delivery to avoid spoilage. Delivery to remote areas may take an additional time. Shipping costs vary based on the merchandise amount. A $12.95 surcharge applies to delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area. Shipping address changes will result in an additional delivery fee charge and order cancellations will result in loss of delivery fee.
